Most recently, Women’s World Banking had the great privilege of hosting its biennial conference with Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in Berlin this past November. The event was sold-out with more than 200 participants from 51 countries in attendance. In 2013 we hosted “Building Women-Focused Finance: The Global-Local Experience,” in Amman, Jordan, under the patronage of Queen Rania Al Abdullah – a first-of-its-kind conference in the region. The event was sold-out with more than 300 participants from 35 countries in attendance.
